Installation is to be as per the Hydrocarbon Pool Fire Resistance Tests ( UL 1709 Fire Tests ) performed on a Tubular Section Specimen, fitted with a "ContraFlex" flexible fire resistant insulation jacket. After 60 minutes and 120 minutes, the integrity was maintained as required and designed, and the classification of H60 and H120 respectively achieved., Circular hollow column THC12 (75 mm of thickness) – jacket – brand and type: ContraFlex H-Rated PFP Jacket. CC+ composed of multiple interleaved layers of ceramic wool and aluminum sheets. The jacket was then compressed to an overall thickness of 60 mm., Circular hollow column THC11 (50 mm of thickness) – jacket – brand and type: ContraFlex H-Rated PFP Jacket. CC composed of multiple interleaved layers of ceramic wool and aluminum sheets. The jacket was then compressed to an overall thickness of 50 mm., Suitable approved insulation is to be applied to any other part of the protected fire exposed surface not covered by the jacket, in all cases. Attention is to be paid to means of securing jacket boundaries and the prevention of heat bridging: an overlap of at least 150mm should be provided between two systems.,
