Tubular section has been protected with an insulation package of 70 mm in total thickness consisting of:, – Inner layer of W980 Supersafe e-glass fabric, stainless steel wire reinforced of 2 mm in thickness., – 1 layer of aluminium foil reference 99.5 Soft., – 1 layer of Firemaster Marine Plus Blanket of 25 mm in thickness and 128 kg\/m3., – 2 layers of Microporous mat reference WDS Multiflex of 10 mm and 210 kg\/m3., – 1 layer of Firemaster Marine Plus Blanket of 25 mm in thickness and 128 kg\/m3., – 1 layer of Aluminum foil reference 99.5 Soft., – Outer layer of W980 Supersafe e-glass fabric, stainless steel wire reinforced of 2 mm in thickness., The arrangement includes overlapped wrapping sealing and fibre straps (velcro\/buckles and straps) to secure thermal insulation around pipe., Suitable approved insulation is to be applied to any other part of the protected fire exposed surface not covered by the jacket., <\/p>\n
