The PIPEFIX repair system consists of the use of polymeric matrix composite materials directed to the repair and structural reinforcement of pipes in accordance with ISO 24817., The PIPEFIX 50 repair system is suitable for repairing damage, whether passing or not, at temperatures up to 50 C. The system is also suitable for the repair of non-through wall damage at temperatures up to 90 C., The PIPEFIX 90 repair system is suitable for repairing damage, whether passing or not, at temperatures up to 90 C., The PIPEFIX 120 repair system is suitable for repairing damage, whether passing or not, at temperatures up to 120 C., <\/p>\n

The pressure \/ temperature limits are to be determined on a case by case basis as per the repair system design and qualification testing requirements in ISO 24817. However, the maximum design pressure considered is of 140 bar with defects up to 80% of thickness loss for not through-wall defects and with a maximum design pressure of 40 bar for through-wall defects of up to 25 mm diameter and 20 bar for through-wall defects of up to 50 mm diameter., <\/p>\n
